At Ashley Stewart, we want you to love your curves and your purchase, so we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn merchandise with original tags attached. Please note that final sale items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print a prepaid USPS return shipping label provided through the portal; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any USPS mail carrier or drop it off at a local post office, then keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
